The Philecology Herbarium at the Botanical Research Institute of Texas incorporates a reference microscope slide collection of over 16,000 microslides vouchering pollen and anatomical observations from plants. Over 5,000 of these slides document pollen grains from flowering plants. The BRIT Pollen Image Gallery is intended to serve the images associated with the collections of pollen that are housed at BRIT.
